Return policy

At Hals and Sals, we cherish our relationship with you, our valued customer. We want you to feel
confident and delighted with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help:

Eligibility: Returns are welcome within 15 days of delivery for USA-based and Canadian-based customers
and within 30 days of delivery for other international customers. Items should be unworn, unwashed,
and in their original condition with tags attached.
Final sale items and accessories are non-returnable.

Ribbon Integrity: Our clothing items feature a special ribbon with security tape. To maintain the high
standards of our luxury brand, returns will not be accepted if the ribbon or its tape has been tampered
with.

Hijab Returns: For the comfort and hygiene of our community, we cannot accept returns of hijabs that
have any oil, makeup, or other signs of wear.
Flexible Refund Options: We offer two convenient options for your refund:
• Refund to the original payment method: For a straightforward return, we can process a refund
back to your original payment method.

• Store credit: If you prefer, you can choose store credit to use on future purchases, allowing you
to explore more of our beautiful collections.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm its arrival and let you know if your
refund is approved and how you wish to receive the refund.

Refund Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@halsandsals.com with your order
details. Include your receipt and fill out the Return Information form, circling your reason for return.
For items over $75, we recommend trackable shipping or insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of
your return.
Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization.
