Shipping Policy
At Hals and Sals, we are committed to delivering your orders with the highest level of care and
efficiency.
Processing Times
• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• During peak seasons (e.g., Ramadan, Eid, Black Friday), processing times may extend to
3-5 business days due to high order volumes.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship domestically within the USA and internationally to select countries. Delivery times vary
depending on the shipping destination and selected shipping method:
USA-Based Orders:
• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
Canada-Based Orders:
• Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days
International Orders (Outside USA and Canada):
• Delivery typically takes 10-21 business days, depending on the destination and
customs clearance.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping
method. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $300 for USA-based customers. Canadian
orders over $400 and international orders over $500 qualify for free standard shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this
tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates
to reflect after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import taxes, and duties may apply. These charges are
determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Hals and Sals is
not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We understand that shipping mishaps can happen, and we’re here to assist:
If your package hasn’t arrived, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at orders@halsandsals.com
with your order details.
Claims for lost or damaged packages must be submitted within 15 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will perform an investigation and if the delay is from our end, we’ll either send a replacement or
issue a refund to the card used for the purchase.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders with incorrect or incomplete
addresses may experience delays. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We can’t
take responsibility for the parcels lost due to incorrect addresses. If the item is recoverable, we can
assist, but the responsibility remains with you.
